We give equal opportunities for both genders in every country we have operations.
However, in Saudi Arabia employment regulations changed recently to support women working in retail stores. This decision has received a great welcome from the Saudi society and whoever has interests in women's affairs. The decision of feminizing women's stores is part of the solution to reduce unemployment with Saudi women and increase the number of Saudi national working in the private sector.
Alabdulkarim support women at work in Saudi, establishing a development program called AK Retail Passport to train and qualify the Saudi women to work in the retail sector. As with all our employees, we are not just looking to hire staff, but we are looking to keep all our staff for a long time, giving equal opportunities for career growth and advancement.
